"I bought my new 328xi in 2007 with RFTs. I got a flat the first week caused by a nail. I brought it back to the dealer who said tires are not covered and that i needed a new tire, a BMW's policy on flats. After much protesting, they agreed to plug it as it was a small puncture and did not charge me. While the punctured tire loses air and needs filling every so often, it has run over 20,000..."

Which rule(s) does this violate?:
1. No Linking Spam - Posts just to advertise other sites will be deleted
2. Don't use individual people's names (unless they're famous)
3. No personal info (your phone number, your address, etc.) for your protection
4. Keep it PG, or at least R (no NC-17)
5. Keep the Love - no hateful or overtly rude comments
